Youth Led State Advocacy

Youth Led State Advocacy for Childhood Cancer

This session will teach youth how to organize and lead successful statewide advocacy efforts for childhood cancer. Youth will learn how to advocate for policy and legislative change, raise awareness, support increased funding for research and care, build relationships with lawmakers, and plan and coordinate legislative meetings and statewide advocacy events. By the end of the session, attendees will have the tools and confidence to turn their ideas into
meaningful action.

Ages 12 - 18
